Slow computer, a website that won't load, an error you can't make sense of: many IT problems can be solved by connecting to your screen remotely, securely, without taking your computer anywhere.
How It Works
You help us understand the problem right away in two ways, even together:
- Upload a photo — an error screen, a strange message, something that doesn't add up: a picture is worth a thousand words.
- Answer a few guided questions — what kind of problem you have and how long it's been going on: it helps us prepare even before we talk.
We'll call you back to schedule the remote session, using secure, free software (TeamViewer or AnyDesk) that you only install for the duration of the call.
