Before We Come in Person, Let's Try Remotely
Many problems with TV, satellite, alarms, or small electrical systems can be solved with step-by-step guidance over video call, without waiting for a site visit. We help you understand what's going on, and if a physical visit is really needed, we'll tell you clearly — deducting the cost of the call from the final quote.
How It Works
- Book a 20-minute video call (or phone call) in the time slot you prefer.
- Show us the electrical panel, TV/satellite receiver, or alarm with your phone camera, and we'll guide you step by step.
- If the problem gets solved, you're done. If an on-site technician is needed, the cost of the call is deducted from the quote.
