What Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily write to us through the information request forms on the service pages. The data requested is:

• Name or company name (required)
• Email address (required)
• Phone number (optional)
• The content of the message you send us (optional)

We do not collect any other personal data through the site. We do not use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools — for details on the technical cookies used, see the Cookie Policy.

Why We Process Your Data (Purpose and Legal Basis)

We process the data you send us solely to respond to your request for information about our services and, if necessary, for the resulting pre-contractual activities (e.g. preparing a quote). The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures at your request) and, for aspects exceeding this purpose, your explicit consent, given by submitting the form.

We do not use your data for direct marketing purposes without your separate, specific consent, and we do not carry out automated profiling.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep the data collected through the request forms for as long as necessary to manage your request and any resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion or there are legal obligations (e.g. tax or accounting) requiring longer retention.

Who We Share Your Data With

Your data is not sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by internal staff of M 3.5 S.R.L. authorized to do so, to the extent strictly necessary to respond to your request, and by our hosting/technical infrastructure provider, which acts as data processor under Article 28 GDPR.

Your Rights

As a data subject, you can exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR at any time, including:

• Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
• Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Request restriction of processing.
• Object to processing.
• Request data portability.
